I’ve had an account for a little while now — 3 months says the draft log. I’ve been wondering quite how to start with writing. So perhaps that in itself is a good topic for an opener.
Hello… I am Rex Ryt.
That’s pronounced “reks rait” but I like the styling of the X character and the diphthong reading of Y.
Rex means king, and wright means maker. So … King-maker. Although saying it like that makes it sound more grandiose than my initial conception of it. Just a nice 3 by 3 letter name, with alliteration.
Let’s not make any promises just yet. Just a simple introduction. Get rid of that intimidating blankness and then move on. Building up the first post to make some sort of impression or impact? Hasn’t been working for me so far. So, let’s just do it.
First day of a new month? Good marker isn’t it?
Some parts of the Northern hemisphere even consider it the first day of spring… as March is the Month in which the Northward Equinox occurs.
